Science and technology has been our partner in living every day.
Science, as we all know is a systematic study of
anything that can be examined, tested, and verified while technology means general term for the
processes by which human beings fashion tools and machines to increase their
control and understanding of the material environment. When these two coalesce,
it means being modern and capable in doing something that we can’t do with our
bare hands. And using these said technologies produces energies which we tend
to obliterate.
Nowadays,
energies are leaned to be conserved because of climate change. Energy is used for transportation, heating, cooling, cooking,
lighting, and industrial production. The world energy supply depends on many
different resources including traditional fuels such as firewood and animal
waste, which are significant energy sources in many developing countries. But
some Energies are non renewable and we have to conserve them. Or else when we’ll only be realizing all of
these, it’s too late.
Gasoline Shortage-During
the energy crisis of the 1970s, people frequently had to wait in long lines to
purchase gasoline. The gasoline shortage was caused largely by an embargo
imposed by oil-producing countries.
